Projekte & kaufmännische Steuerung
Wir strukturieren Projekte und Programme mit klaren Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen und Verantwortlichkeiten. Kalkulation, Budget, Kosten und Forecast werden mit dem Leistungsumfang und dem tatsächlichen Fortschritt zusammen betrachtet. Risiken, Änderungen und offene Punkte bleiben nachvollziehbar. Entscheidungen werden mit ihren Auswirkungen auf Termine, Ressourcen und Kosten vorbereitet. Je nach Auftrag unterstützen wir das Projektteam oder übernehmen zeitweise Leitungs- und Steuerungsaufgaben mit einem abgestimmten Mandat.
Schnittstellen & Zusammenarbeit
Bedarfsträger, Technik, Beschaffung und Betrieb müssen ein gemeinsames Verständnis der Aufgabe entwickeln. Wir unterstützen die Abstimmung zwischen internen Teams, Engineering, Anbietern und Fachpartnern. Anforderungen, Zuständigkeiten und Übergaben werden konkret beschrieben. Reporting verbindet Fortschritt, Abweichungen und anstehende Entscheidungen. Maßnahmen werden nach Aufwand, Wirkung und Umsetzbarkeit bewertet. So werden fachliche und organisatorische Schnittstellen als Teil der Umsetzung bearbeitet. Gemeinsame Abstimmungen zeigen, welche Ergebnisse bereits vorliegen, welche Nachweise noch fehlen und welche Rolle den jeweils nächsten Schritt bearbeitet.
Systeme & technische Umsetzung
Die Einsatzfelder umfassen Funk- und Datenkommunikation, Repeater und Fahrzeugfunk sowie Embedded-Systeme, Schaltschränke und elektrische Anlagen. Wir begleiten die Einbindung in betriebliche Netze und Infrastruktur. Datenflüsse und technische Abhängigkeiten werden ebenso berücksichtigt wie die Übergänge zwischen bestehenden und neuen Systemen. Test-, Inbetriebnahme- und Übergabekriterien werden mit den Beteiligten abgestimmt und mit Dokumentation, Restarbeiten und betrieblicher Verantwortung verbunden.
